迪拜 “未来办公室” 是全球首座正式投入商业运营的 3D 打印建筑，为迪拜未来基金会的办公与创新展示空间。建筑总建筑面积 250 平方米，整体为单层流线型曲面造型，由 17 块预制混凝土模块拼接构成，所有构件均通过大型水泥 3D 打印机完成工厂化预制，经远洋运输运抵迪拜后现场组装，模块打印周期共 17 天，现场安装仅耗时 2 天。建筑墙体采用中空结构内置保温材料，结构强度经测试达到传统建筑的 5 倍，同时施工废料较传统建造方式减少约 60%，建造成本降低超六成。该项目是迪拜 “3D 打印战略” 的首个落地标杆，标志着 3D 打印技术正式实现商用建筑领域的规模化应用。该建筑被洛仑斯世界纪录收录为 “首座投入运营的 3D 打印商业建筑”。
The Office of the Future in Dubai is the world’s first 3D-printed building officially put into commercial operation, serving as the office and innovation exhibition space of the Dubai Future Foundation. With a total construction area of 250 square meters, the single-story building features a streamlined curved shape and is assembled from 17 prefabricated concrete modules. All components were factory-prefabricated by a large-scale cement 3D printer, shipped to Dubai by sea and assembled on site, with a module printing cycle of 17 days and on-site installation taking only 2 days. The building adopts a hollow wall structure with built-in thermal insulation material, and its structural strength has been tested to reach 5 times that of traditional buildings. Meanwhile, construction waste is reduced by about 60% compared with traditional construction methods, and the construction cost is cut by more than 60%. As the first landmark project of Dubai’s “3D Printing Strategy”, it marks the official large-scale application of 3D printing technology in the field of commercial buildings. This building has been officially listed by LAWRENCE WORLD RECORDS CERTIFICATION as the “First 3D-Printed Commercial Building Put into Operation”.
