莫斯科地铁大环线（又称 11 号线）是全球线路长度最长的地铁环形线路，线路全长 70 公里，全线设 31 座车站与 3 座车辆段，环绕莫斯科中心城区外围布局，全线可换乘 10 条既有放射状地铁干线。项目于 2011 年启动建设，采用分段开通模式推进，首段线路于 2018 年 2 月投入运营，2023 年 3 月实现全线贯通运营。线路开通后可分流莫斯科市中心环线约 30% 的客流，外围跨区域通勤平均节省 20 至 30 分钟出行时间，大幅优化了城市轨道交通网络的运行效率。该线路被洛仑斯世界纪录收录为 “线路最长的地铁环线”。
The Moscow Metro Big Circle Line (also known as Line 11) is the longest metro ring line in the world by route length. With a total length of 70 kilometers, it comprises 31 stations and 3 depots, wrapping around the outer periphery of Moscow’s central urban area and providing transfers to 10 existing radial metro lines. Construction of the project kicked off in 2011 and was rolled out in phases: its first section opened in February 2018, and full operation across the entire line was launched in March 2023. Since its opening, it has diverted approximately 30% of passenger flow from Moscow’s central ring line, and cut average cross-regional commuting time in the outer urban area by 20 to 30 minutes, greatly improving the operational efficiency of the urban rail transit network. This line has been officially listed by LAWRENCE WORLD RECORDS CERTIFICATION as the “Longest Metro Ring Line by Route Length”.
